By accessing our website, purchasing embroidery customization services, uploading embroidery designs, submitting placement instructions, making garments available for pickup, or otherwise availing Story’s Merch services, You agree to comply with our Terms & Conditions, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Story’s Merch provides custom embroidery services on customer-owned garments through a personalized embroidery customization model. Customers may purchase embroidery services or products listed on the website and submit their own approved garments for embroidery customization.

Available Embroidery Products

Story’s Merch currently offers embroidery customization services on selected customer-owned garments, including but not limited to:

  • Custom Embroidery on Your T-Shirt
  • Custom Embroidery on Your Shirt
  • Custom Embroidery on Your Cap
  • Custom Embroidery on Your Kurti / Kurta
  • Custom Embroidery on Your Hoodie

Story’s Merch may introduce, remove, suspend, or modify garment categories, embroidery products, customization options, or pricing at any time without prior notice.

Embroidery Process

Customers are required to:

  • purchase the applicable embroidery customization product for their garment category;
  • upload embroidery designs, artwork, text, logo, or creative material;
  • upload garment placement reference images where applicable;
  • provide embroidery instructions and positioning details;
  • make garments available for pickup.

Upon successful order confirmation, Story’s Merch, through its authorized logistics partner, shall arrange pickup of the garment from the customer’s provided location. The garment shall thereafter be transported to Story’s Merch inventory for embroidery customization and returned to the customer upon completion.

Product Pricing

Pricing for embroidery customization services may vary depending upon:

  • garment category;
  • embroidery size;
  • embroidery placement;
  • embroidery complexity;
  • customization requirements;
  • product selected.

Applicable pricing for each embroidery service shall be displayed on the respective product page at the time of purchase.

Customers are solely responsible for uploading accurate embroidery designs, placement references, measurements, and customization instructions. Story’s Merch shall not be liable for dissatisfaction arising due to incorrect customer submissions, unclear instructions, low-quality uploads, customer error, or ordinary embroidery variation.

Story’s Merch reserves the unrestricted right to:

  • refuse unsuitable garments;
  • reject technically infeasible embroidery requests;
  • revise pricing;
  • modify embroidery offerings;
  • alter operational procedures;
  • update policies without prior notice.

All branding, website content, embroidery materials, logos, visual assets, and intellectual property associated with Story’s Merch remain protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Governing Law

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum), Kerala, India.
