Welcome to Story’s Merch. These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”, “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding electronic agreement governing the access, browsing, purchases, embroidery customization services, garment pickup, design submission, transactions, communications, and all interactions carried out through the website, mobile platform, social media channels, communication platforms, and related digital or physical services operated under the brand name Story’s Merch.

The website, embroidery customization platform, logistics coordination, customer support system, and all related services are owned, managed, operated, and administered by Story’s Merch, having its registered/official address at:

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, wherever the context so requires, the terms “You”, “Your”, “Customer”, “User”, or “Participant” shall mean any natural or legal person who accesses the platform, browses the website, uploads embroidery designs, purchases embroidery services or products, submits garments for customization, communicates with Story’s Merch, or otherwise avails any services offered by Story’s Merch.

The terms “Story’s Merch”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” shall refer to Story’s Merch and its authorized representatives, employees, operational partners, logistics partners, affiliates, or persons acting under its authority.

By accessing the website, purchasing embroidery customization products or services, uploading embroidery designs, sharing placement references, submitting garments for pickup, communicating with Story’s Merch, or otherwise availing any services, You expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree that You are entering into a legally binding arrangement with Story’s Merch and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including all policies, notices, disclaimers, operational procedures, return policies, pickup and delivery processes, embroidery limitations, and future amendments introduced from time to time.

Story’s Merch reserves the unrestricted right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to amend, revise, update, suspend, remove, supplement, or modify any portion of these Terms and Conditions at any time.

It shall be the sole responsibility of the customer to periodically review these Terms for updates. Continued access to the platform or continued use of Story’s Merch services after any modification shall constitute unconditional acceptance of such revised Terms and Conditions.

Failure to review these Terms shall not exempt the customer from obligations arising hereunder.

1. ABOUT STORY’S MERCH

Story’s Merch is a creative embroidery-focused merchandise and customization platform specializing in custom embroidery works on customer-owned garments. Story’s Merch primarily operates as an embroidery customization service provider, enabling customers to personalize approved garments through embroidery designs selected and submitted by the customer.

Story’s Merch functions through a customer-owned garment model wherein customers may purchase embroidery customization services or products listed on the official website and voluntarily provide their own garments for embroidery customization.

Upon successful purchase of an embroidery customization service or product, customers shall be required to upload their embroidery design, indicate embroidery placement preferences, provide any relevant customization instructions, and make the garment available for pickup.

Story’s Merch, through its authorized logistics or delivery partners, shall arrange pickup of the garment directly from the address, warehouse, or location provided by the customer during the order process. Upon pickup, the garment shall be transported to Story’s Merch inventory, operational center, or embroidery facility for customization.

Following receipt of the garment, Story’s Merch may undertake:

  • garment inspection;
  • embroidery feasibility assessment;
  • embroidery digitization and preparation;
  • embroidery execution;
  • quality review and packaging;
  • return delivery to the customer.

Customers expressly acknowledge and agree that Story’s Merch primarily renders embroidery customization services and is not engaged in the sale of garments, unless expressly stated otherwise on the website or product listing.

Story’s Merch reserves the unrestricted right to:

  • add, modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove products or services;
  • revise embroidery methods, embroidery styles, garment eligibility requirements, pricing, logistics arrangements, or operational workflows;
  • modify embroidery dimensions, placement options, or customization availability;
  • revise timelines, delivery structures, or approved garment categories,

at any time and without prior notice.

The customer expressly acknowledges that Story’s Merch operates subject to technical feasibility, embroidery compatibility, logistics coordination, operational limitations, and commercially reasonable execution standards and accordingly does not guarantee universal embroidery compatibility for all garments, materials, fabrics, or design concepts.

2. PRODUCT PURCHASE, ELIGIBILITY AND ORDER CONFIRMATION

In order to avail embroidery customization services offered by Story’s Merch, customers shall be required to purchase an embroidery customization service, embroidery product, or embroidery-related offering listed on the official Story’s Merch website or platform.

Customers expressly acknowledge and agree that the purchase of an embroidery service or product constitutes a request for embroidery customization and does not guarantee immediate execution, fixed timelines, uninterrupted availability, universal garment acceptance, or embroidery feasibility in all cases.

All embroidery customization services offered by Story’s Merch shall remain subject to:

  • garment eligibility;
  • embroidery feasibility;
  • technical compatibility;
  • embroidery size limitations;
  • operational availability;
  • quality standards;
  • approved garment categories;
  • logistics feasibility;
  • compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

A customer order shall be deemed successfully placed only upon:

  • successful completion of payment through approved payment channels;
  • successful receipt of order confirmation by Story’s Merch;
  • submission of embroidery design and placement instructions where applicable;
  • successful pickup feasibility verification;
  • acceptance of the garment for embroidery processing.

Story’s Merch reserves the unrestricted right to review, inspect, reject, postpone, suspend, or cancel any embroidery customization request if:

  • the garment does not fall within approved garment categories;
  • the fabric is unsuitable for embroidery;
  • embroidery execution is technically infeasible;
  • the garment condition is damaged, defective, excessively worn, or inappropriate;
  • embroidery may negatively affect garment integrity;
  • uploaded instructions are unclear, incomplete, misleading, or operationally impractical;
  • operational limitations or extraordinary circumstances prevent execution.

Customers expressly acknowledge that Story’s Merch shall retain sole and exclusive discretion in determining embroidery suitability, garment compatibility, operational feasibility, and service acceptance.

In circumstances where an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled due to technical or operational reasons, Story’s Merch may notify the customer and determine an appropriate resolution at its sole discretion.

Story’s Merch further reserves the unrestricted right to limit, suspend, or refuse services to any customer found engaging in fraudulent activity, misuse, abusive conduct, repeated false claims, operational disruption, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.

3. PAYMENTS, PRICING, REFUNDABILITY AND COMMERCIAL TERMS

By purchasing embroidery customization services or products through Story’s Merch, the customer expressly acknowledges, understands, and agrees that all payments made constitute consideration towards embroidery customization services, design processing, operational preparation, logistics coordination, embroidery execution, quality review, pickup arrangements, and return delivery services.

The pricing for embroidery customization services shall be displayed on the official website and may vary depending upon factors including but not limited to:

  • embroidery size;
  • embroidery complexity;
  • embroidery placement location;
  • garment type;
  • embroidery detailing requirements;
  • customization specifications;
  • logistics considerations;
  • additional embroidery preferences.

Customers expressly acknowledge that pickup and return shipping costs are included in the pricing, unless otherwise specifically mentioned on the website or product listing.

Story’s Merch reserves the unrestricted right to:

  • revise pricing;
  • introduce promotional offers;
  • withdraw products;
  • modify embroidery packages;
  • suspend or discontinue services;
  • revise commercial terms,

at any time without prior notice.

NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT POLICY

The customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that all payments made to Story’s Merch are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable, except where expressly approved by Story’s Merch at its sole discretion.

Once payment has been successfully processed and an embroidery order has been placed, the customer shall not be entitled to cancellation, reimbursement, refund, compensation, transfer, or monetary adjustment for reasons including but not limited to:

  • change of mind;
  • dissatisfaction based on personal preference;
  • embroidery expectation mismatch;
  • incorrect garment selection;
  • customer delay in garment handover;
  • missed occasions or events;
  • logistics delays;
  • incorrect placement instructions;
  • customer-uploaded design issues;
  • technical embroidery limitations;
  • subjective dissatisfaction;
  • misunderstanding of embroidery outcomes.

Customers expressly understand that embroidery customization is a made-to-order, personalized service and therefore ordinary consumer cancellation rights may not apply after order processing has commenced.

However, Story’s Merch reserves the sole and exclusive discretion to consider exceptional cases where an operational error directly attributable to Story’s Merch materially prevents service execution.

The decision of Story’s Merch regarding refunds, cancellations, commercial remedies, or goodwill resolutions shall be final, binding, and non-negotiable.

4. PROCESS OF CUSTOMIZATION, DESIGN SUBMISSION, GARMENT PICKUP AND SERVICE EXECUTION

Upon successful purchase of an embroidery customization service or embroidery-related product, customers shall be required to complete the customization process through the Story’s Merch website or platform.

The customer may be required to:

  • upload the embroidery design, artwork, logo, text, illustration, image, or creative material intended for embroidery;
  • select embroidery dimensions where applicable;
  • choose embroidery placement preferences;
  • upload placement reference images;
  • provide written customization instructions or descriptions.

DESIGN PLACEMENT, IMAGE REFERENCE AND DESCRIPTION OPTIONS

Customers shall indicate the intended embroidery placement location through the options made available on the platform.

Such placement options may include but are not limited to:

  • front chest;
  • back side;
  • sleeve;
  • collar section;
  • pocket area;
  • center placement;
  • side placement;
  • corner positioning;
  • custom placement.

Customers may upload one or more reference images indicating where the embroidery should be positioned on the garment.

Additionally, customers may provide written instructions through the designated description section including:

  • placement measurements;
  • embroidery positioning notes;
  • garment-specific preferences;
  • custom embroidery directions.

The uploaded placement image, selected positioning option, and written description shall collectively be treated as the customer’s final embroidery instructions.

Customers expressly acknowledge and agree that Story’s Merch shall not be liable for dissatisfaction arising due to:

  • incorrect placement selection;
  • inaccurate uploaded reference images;
  • poor-quality instructions;
  • unclear measurements;
  • ambiguous descriptions;
  • customer misunderstanding;
  • wrong embroidery positioning preferences.

Story’s Merch reserves the right, but not the obligation, to seek clarification where embroidery instructions appear technically unclear or operationally unsuitable.

GARMENT PICKUP PROCESS

Upon successful order confirmation, Story’s Merch, through its authorized logistics or delivery partner, shall arrange pickup of the customer’s garment directly from the address, warehouse, or pickup location provided during checkout.

  • Customers shall ensure:
  • garment availability during pickup;
  • accurate pickup information;
  • proper garment packaging;
  • timely handover of the garment.

Failure to make the garment available may result in delays, rescheduling, or cancellation of the embroidery request.

Following pickup, the garment shall be transported to Story’s Merch inventory or embroidery facility for processing.

GARMENT INSPECTION AND EMBROIDERY EXECUTION

Upon receipt of the garment, Story’s Merch may undertake:

  • garment inspection;
  • embroidery feasibility assessment;
  • embroidery digitization and preparation;
  • embroidery execution;
  • quality review;
  • final packaging;
  • return dispatch.

Story’s Merch reserves the unrestricted right to reject garments if:

  • the garment category is not approved;
  • the garment condition is poor, damaged, excessively worn, or unsuitable;
  • embroidery feasibility is technically impossible;
  • embroidery may compromise garment integrity;
  • operational limitations prevent successful execution.

Rejected garments may be returned to customers and Story’s Merch shall retain sole discretion regarding further service eligibility.

5. APPROVED GARMENTS AND GARMENT ELIGIBILITY

Story’s Merch provides embroidery customization services only for garment categories approved and listed on the official website.

Customers expressly acknowledge that it is their sole responsibility to ensure that the garment intended for embroidery falls within the approved categories listed by Story’s Merch.

Different fabrics may react differently to embroidery due to factors including:

  • fabric composition;
  • stitching density;
  • material flexibility;
  • embroidery machine compatibility;
  • thread absorption;
  • fabric thickness;
  • garment structure.

Accordingly, Story’s Merch does not guarantee identical embroidery outcomes across all garment materials.

Acceptance of a garment for embroidery shall not constitute a guarantee of:

  • exact artistic similarity;
  • subjective customer satisfaction;
  • identical embroidery appearance;
  • perfect reproduction of uploaded visuals.

Story’s Merch undertakes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain quality standards while recognizing the technical limitations associated with embroidery customization on customer-owned garments.

6. SHIPPING, PICKUP, DELIVERY AND TRANSIT RISKS

Story’s Merch shall coordinate pickup and return delivery of customer garments through authorized logistics or delivery partners.

Customers expressly acknowledge and agree that pickup and return shipping charges are included in the service pricing unless otherwise stated.

While Story’s Merch undertakes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure safe logistics handling, Story’s Merch shall not be held liable for:

  • courier delays;
  • shipment interruption;
  • damaged outer packaging;
  • transit mishandling;
  • delivery delays;
  • force majeure disruptions;
  • logistics interruptions;
  • third-party delivery negligence.

Customers are advised to securely pack garments before pickup.

Once a completed garment has been dispatched back to the customer, transit-related risks shall pass to the customer.

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative only and shall not be construed as legally binding commitments.

7. SERVICE TIMELINES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Story’s Merch endeavors to complete embroidery customization services within an approximate timeline of two (2) weeks, subject to operational feasibility.

A typical process may include:

  • approximately 2–4 business days for garment pickup and arrival at Story’s Merch inventory or embroidery facility;
  • approximately 4–7 business days for embroidery processing and execution;
  • approximately 2–4 business days for return shipment and final delivery.

Customers expressly understand and agree that these timelines are approximate estimates only and may vary depending upon:

  • embroidery complexity;
  • order volume;
  • public holidays;
  • logistics disruptions;
  • technical interruptions;
  • embroidery material availability;
  • garment condition;
  • operational capacity.

Story’s Merch shall not be liable for:

  • missed occasions;
  • event postponements;
  • emotional disappointment;
  • commercial losses;
  • inconvenience arising due to timeline variations or delays.

Customers are advised to submit garments sufficiently in advance where embroidery is intended for time-sensitive events or occasions.

8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY, DESIGN SUBMISSION AND EMBROIDERY INSTRUCTIONS

By availing embroidery customization services from Story’s Merch, customers expressly acknowledge and agree that embroidery execution substantially depends upon the accuracy, quality, clarity, completeness, and correctness of the design materials, garment information, placement instructions, and customization preferences submitted by the customer.

Customers shall be solely responsible for uploading the embroidery design intended to be executed on the garment.

Such uploaded materials may include but are not limited to:

  • logos;
  • names;
  • signatures;
  • symbols;
  • illustrations;
  • text-based embroidery;
  • artwork;
  • customized graphics;
  • visual references;
  • embroidery concepts;
  • photographs intended for embroidery conversion.

The customer expressly agrees that Story’s Merch shall undertake embroidery execution based upon the instructions voluntarily submitted by the customer.

Accordingly, Story’s Merch shall not be held liable for dissatisfaction arising due to:

  • low-resolution image uploads;
  • distorted files;
  • unclear instructions;
  • poor-quality references;
  • incorrect spelling;
  • wrong placement preferences;
  • measurement errors;
  • customer misunderstanding;
  • incomplete embroidery instructions;
  • wrong garment submission.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring:

  • uploaded designs are final and accurate;
  • placement preferences are correct;
  • wording, spellings, and symbols are properly reviewed;
  • embroidery measurements are accurate;
  • garment suitability is properly verified.

Story’s Merch reserves the right, but not the obligation, to contact customers for clarification where instructions appear technically ambiguous or operationally unsuitable.

Once embroidery processing has commenced, changes, modifications, repositioning requests, redesign requests, or cancellation requests may not be accommodated.

9. DESIGN ACCEPTANCE, CONTENT POLICY AND CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIONS

Customers may submit a variety of embroidery concepts including:

  • logos;
  • text;
  • names;
  • personalized artwork;
  • typography;
  • illustrations;
  • visual graphics;
  • customized creative concepts.

By submitting any design for embroidery execution, the customer expressly represents, warrants, and undertakes that:

  • they possess all necessary rights, permissions, ownership, licenses, or authorization to use the submitted content;
  • the design does not violate any applicable law;
  • the design does not infringe intellectual property rights;
  • the submitted material has been voluntarily provided.

Story’s Merch acts solely as an embroidery execution service provider and shall not be obligated to independently verify copyright ownership, trademark validity, licensing rights, originality, or legal entitlement concerning customer-submitted content.

The customer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Story’s Merch against:

  • copyright disputes;
  • trademark infringement allegations;
  • ownership conflicts;
  • legal notices;
  • claims;
  • liabilities;
  • damages;
  • expenses;
  • legal proceedings arising from customer-submitted content.

Story’s Merch reserves the unrestricted right to refuse, reject, suspend, or decline embroidery requests where submitted content is deemed:

  • unlawful;
  • offensive;
  • inappropriate;
  • unsafe;
  • technically infeasible;
  • operationally unsuitable.

Story’s Merch’s decision regarding design acceptance or rejection shall be final and binding.

10. EMBROIDERY VARIATION DISCLAIMER AND ARTISTIC LIMITATIONS

The customer expressly acknowledges, understands, and agrees that embroidery is an artistic and technical process that inherently involves natural variations due to:

  • fabric type;
  • stitch density;
  • thread limitations;
  • embroidery machine behavior;
  • needle movement;
  • scaling requirements;
  • embroidery digitization;
  • garment compatibility;
  • technical feasibility.

Accordingly, the customer expressly understands that the final embroidered outcome may not appear identical to the uploaded digital image, artwork, design reference, or visual sample.

Minor differences may naturally occur due to:

  • fabric texture;
  • embroidery thread thickness;
  • scaling adjustments;
  • stitch interpretation;
  • embroidery simplification;
  • technical conversion requirements;
  • thread availability;
  • garment material behavior.

Certain intricate, highly detailed, gradient-based, shadow-based, digitally rendered, or photograph-style artwork may require technical adaptation for embroidery compatibility.

Story’s Merch undertakes commercially reasonable efforts to replicate designs as closely as practically feasible while maintaining embroidery quality standards.

However, Story’s Merch expressly disclaims guarantees regarding:

  • exact visual similarity;
  • artistic precision;
  • proportional perfection;
  • identical color reproduction;
  • exact embroidery interpretation.

Minor deviations, stitch differences, artistic reinterpretation, spacing adjustments, embroidery scaling changes, or thread-related limitations shall not be construed as defects, negligence, deficiencies, or grounds for refund, compensation, rework, or legal claims.

11. FABRIC CONDITION, EMBROIDERY RISKS AND LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

Customers expressly acknowledge that embroidery customization involves physical needlework, stitching pressure, machine interaction, thread penetration, and fabric handling.

Despite commercially reasonable care exercised by Story’s Merch, embroidery may naturally result in:

  • minor fabric impressions;
  • thread visibility;
  • stitch compression;
  • localized stiffness;
  • embroidery backing marks;
  • tension effects;
  • texture changes;
  • needle impressions.

Such outcomes shall be regarded as ordinary consequences of embroidery customization and shall not automatically be considered defects or negligence.

Story’s Merch shall not be responsible for issues arising due to:

  • weak fabric integrity;
  • hidden fabric defects;
  • pre-existing wear and tear;
  • poor garment quality;
  • stitching instability;
  • delicate or stretchable materials;
  • pre-existing garment damage.

Customers voluntarily submit garments for customization at their own discretion and risk.

12. RETURN REQUESTS, VERIFICATION PROCESS AND CUSTOMER CLAIMS

If a customer reasonably believes that the final embroidery outcome substantially differs from the uploaded instructions beyond ordinary embroidery variation standards, the customer may raise a verification request with Story’s Merch.

Story’s Merch shall not automatically approve return, rework, or compensation requests.

Every request shall be subject to internal verification.

For verification purposes, Story’s Merch may require:

  • clear product photographs;
  • close-up embroidery images;
  • video proof;
  • original order details;
  • supporting evidence.

Story’s Merch reserves sole and exclusive discretion to determine:

  • whether ordinary embroidery variation exists;
  • whether technical limitations affected execution;
  • whether rework is feasible;
  • whether customer concerns are genuine.

Subjective dissatisfaction, personal preference changes, expectation mismatch, or aesthetic disagreement shall not automatically qualify for returns, compensation, refunds, or rework.

Story’s Merch reserves the unrestricted right to reject requests deemed:

  • misleading;
  • fraudulent;
  • unsupported;
  • exaggerated;
  • inconsistent with embroidery limitations.

All decisions made by Story’s Merch regarding claims, verification outcomes, or remedies shall be final, binding, and non-negotiable.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

The services provided by Story’s Merch are offered on an “as is,” “as available,” and “best effort” basis.

Story’s Merch does not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted service;
  • exact artistic outcomes;
  • fixed embroidery timelines;
  • technical perfection;
  • complete customer satisfaction;
  • identical embroidery reproduction.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Story’s Merch shall not be liable for:

  • indirect losses;
  • consequential damages;
  • emotional disappointment;
  • commercial losses;
  • event disruptions;
  • dissatisfaction arising from artistic interpretation;
  • courier-related delays;
  • logistics disruptions;
  • customer instruction errors;
  • uploaded design issues;
  • missed occasions.

Under no circumstance shall the total liability of Story’s Merch exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific embroidery order in dispute.

The customer expressly waives any right to claim compensation exceeding such amount.

14. CUSTOMER MISUSE, FRAUDULENT CLAIMS AND PLATFORM ABUSE

Customers agree not to misuse Story’s Merch services, communication systems, embroidery request process, claim procedures, or customer support channels.

Customers shall not:

  • provide false or misleading information;
  • intentionally submit fraudulent claims;
  • manipulate embroidery disputes;
  • abuse customer support representatives;
  • threaten, harass, intimidate, or misuse communication channels;
  • repeatedly submit misleading complaints;
  • submit manipulated photographs or fabricated evidence;
  • engage in activities intended to cause commercial harm to Story’s Merch.

A customer may be considered engaging in misuse, abuse, fraudulent conduct, or bad-faith activity where circumstances include:

  • repeated false complaints;
  • repeated dissatisfaction claims inconsistent with submitted instructions;
  • deliberate submission of misleading evidence;
  • operational disruption;
  • abusive or threatening behavior;
  • misuse of grievance systems.

Story’s Merch reserves the unrestricted right to suspend, restrict, terminate, or permanently prohibit access to services where misuse or abuse is reasonably suspected.

In such cases, customers shall not be entitled to refunds, compensation, reinstatement, or restoration of benefits.

Story’s Merch further reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal remedies wherever applicable.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND DESIGN OWNERSHIP

The customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that all embroidery designs, artwork, logos, illustrations, text, symbols, graphics, concepts, or creative materials uploaded for customization shall remain the property of the customer or the lawful owner of such material.

Story’s Merch does not claim ownership over customer-submitted content.

However, by voluntarily uploading or submitting designs for embroidery execution, the customer grants Story’s Merch a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, operational license solely for the purpose of:

  • accessing the submitted design;
  • processing the design;
  • digitizing the artwork for embroidery compatibility;
  • resizing or technically adapting the design;
  • reproducing the design solely for embroidery execution and order fulfillment.

Such permission shall remain strictly limited to operational purposes and shall not transfer ownership rights to Story’s Merch.

The customer expressly represents and warrants that they possess all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, ownership interests, or lawful authorization to use, reproduce, and embroider the submitted material.

Story’s Merch shall not be liable for:

  • copyright disputes;
  • trademark claims;
  • ownership conflicts;
  • infringement allegations;
  • third-party legal actions arising from customer-submitted content.

The customer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Story’s Merch against any liabilities, claims, penalties, damages, costs, or legal expenses arising from customer-submitted content.

16. FORCE MAJEURE AND EVENTS BEYOND REASONABLE CONTROL

Story’s Merch shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, suspension, service failures, or inability to perform obligations where such circumstances arise due to events beyond reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include but are not limited to:

  • natural disasters;
  • floods;
  • fire;
  • pandemics;
  • public emergencies;
  • labor strikes;
  • operational shutdowns;
  • transportation disruptions;
  • courier interruptions;
  • internet failures;
  • software issues;
  • embroidery machine breakdowns;
  • electricity interruptions;

  • governmental restrictions;
  • legal orders;
  • political disturbances;
  • acts of God.

In such circumstances, Story’s Merch reserves the right to reasonably extend timelines without liability.

Customers expressly waive claims arising solely due to unavoidable delays or operational disruptions caused by such force majeure events.

17. TERMINATION, SERVICE RESTRICTION AND ORDER CANCELLATION

Story’s Merch reserves the unrestricted right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, refuse, or terminate access to services, embroidery requests, customer accounts, website access, or order processing where a customer:

  • breaches these Terms and Conditions;
  • engages in fraudulent activity;
  • misuses services;
  • repeatedly violates operational rules;
  • behaves abusively;
  • submits false evidence;
  • manipulates claims;
  • causes operational disruption.

Termination under this clause may occur without prior notice.

Where termination results from customer misconduct, Story’s Merch shall not be obligated to provide refunds, compensation, or reinstatement.

Story’s Merch reserves sole discretion in determining violations of these Terms and Conditions and such determination shall be final and binding.

18. GOVERNING LAW, DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

The customer expressly agrees that any dispute, complaint, claim, disagreement, controversy, or proceeding arising out of or relating to:

  • embroidery customization services;
  • payments;
  • logistics;
  • garment pickup;
  • embroidery execution;
  • dissatisfaction;
  • delays;
  • website usage;
  • interpretation of these Terms,

shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through communication with Story’s Merch customer support.

Where amicable resolution is not possible, such disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum), Kerala, India.

The customer expressly waives objections relating to territorial jurisdiction or inconvenient forum.

19. CUSTOMER SUPPORT, COMMUNICATION AND GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

For customer support, embroidery clarification, order tracking, grievance reporting, pickup coordination, or service-related concerns, customers may contact Story’s Merch through official communication channels.

Story’s Merch shall not be obligated to respond to unofficial communication channels, unauthorized intermediaries, or third-party communication.

Story’s Merch reserves the right to verify customer identity, order details, uploaded designs, pickup information, garment photographs, shipment details, or supporting documentation before processing any grievance or claim.

Customers further agree to maintain respectful, professional, and appropriate communication while interacting with Story’s Merch representatives.

Story’s Merch reserves the unrestricted right to refuse abusive, threatening, defamatory, misleading, or inappropriate communication.

20. FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing Story’s Merch, purchasing embroidery customization services, uploading embroidery designs, submitting placement instructions, providing garments for pickup, making payments, communicating with Story’s Merch, or otherwise availing any services, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that they have carefully read, understood, and voluntarily accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

The customer further acknowledges and agrees that they understand:

  • the nature of embroidery customization services;
  • ordinary embroidery variations;
  • technical limitations;
  • garment sensitivity;
  • fabric-related risks;
  • logistics processes;
  • embroidery feasibility limitations;
  • operational timelines.

The customer expressly agrees that continued use of Story’s Merch services shall constitute unconditional acceptance of these Terms and any future revisions introduced by Story’s Merch.

Failure to review these Terms shall not exempt the customer from obligations arising under these Terms and Conditions.

Story’s Merch reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.
